Other Information:
For Flight- This Kailash mountain flight operates from Nepalgunj. Due to the bad weather, if the flight doesn't operate you must wait for the next day's weather to be clear & if it takes more than 2 days you have to pay an extra night hotel cost. As we know that in the Kailash region climate changes rapidly so flight will not be operated till the Kailash view is clear.
Transportation: - We will provide you an AC vehicle (sharing basis) as per itinerary basis ONLY. Private transfer without sharing will be available on additional cost.
Recommendation for Insured Air Tickets: Given the unpredictable weather conditions in the Kailash region and the potential for flight delays or cancellations, it is highly recommended to issue insured air tickets. These tickets should cover date changes and cancellations, providing travelers with peace of mind and financial protection.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
1. Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Prior
If a cancellation is received more than 30 days before the scheduled event or service, 10% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.
2. Cancellations Made Between 30 to 15 Days Prior
If a cancellation is received between 30 to 15 days prior to the scheduled event or service, a non-refundable amount of 10,000 (booking amount) will be charged.
3. Cancellations Made Between 14 to 10 Days Prior
If a cancellation is received between 14 to 10 days prior to the scheduled event or service, 80% of the package cost will be non-refundable. The remaining 20% will be refunded.
4. Cancellations Made Within 9 Days
If a cancellation is received within 9 days of the scheduled event or service, no refund will be issued.
All the cancellation request must be sent through email only, cancellation over phone calls or messages will not be accepted.
Flight Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. Flight Cancellation Due to Bad Weather:
- If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, a flight for the next day will be arranged for your Aerial Darshan.
- If the next day's flight is also cancelled due to bad weather, you will receive a refund of INR 20,000 only, within 7 working days.
- If the flight operates and you still cannot see Mount Kailash on the flight, your trip will end, and no refund will be provided.
2. Flight Cancellation Due to Technical Issues:
- In the event that a flight is cancelled due to technical issues, the airline will provide passengers with a seat on the next available flight within the next day at no extra cost.
- If the next day's flight is also cancelled, you will receive a refund of INR 20,000 only, within 7 working days
No other flight option will be provided for any other Airlines as the flight we book is chartered flight not a regular commercial flights.
Air Fare / Package Cost Increase policy
- The airlines / hotel(s) reserves the right to increase fare / cost at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of a fare / cost increase, the new fare / cost will apply to all tickets / packages purchased after the effective date of the increase.
- In the event that the government of India or the government of Nepal increases costs, taxes, or fuel charges, any additional fare / cost will be collected before of arrival or pick-up.
- Airlines and travel agent are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from fare increases.
- By booking this package, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation & refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website/email/messages. It is the responsibility of the client to review the cancellation policy periodically. Tour Operator will not be held liable for any loss / damage in case of trip is delayed.
