I would like to officially put my feedback here for Visits Kailash group.
I had booked for the Yatra in 2020 January, and then soon enough got caught in the lock down. The trips, got held for everyone. It was a time of great uncertainty, and they kept communicating on a regular basis keeping me engaged and assured, of all the changing situations. We did write off the next two years, as was the situation.
In 2023, I activated the booking again. The dates were fixed and the initial amount paid as per the schedule. May be it was not my time yet - the Chinese embassy did not open the visa regulations for Indians. I would like to put in my commendation to the team at Visits Kailash. They kept updating us at each step, even if all we were doing was waiting. When I realised that my travel window had passed, and timelines would not let me travel even if the visa opened a month later, I reached out to them to cancel. They had been very smart about not getting our money stuck in the visa process. They very readily returned my money. Even through 2 of my plans failed, I can definitely say that the next tim
e I plan, it will be with them.
